50 Percent Down Payment Upon Signing of Contract; Balance to be Paid in Cash a Day Before the Event

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

·        We require 50 % Down payment to confirm your booking;  NON REFUNDABLE.

·        Balance to be paid in CASH a day before the event.  None payment of the full agreed amount reserves the right for the caterer to cancel all its services.

·         For Check down payment:  Issue on date check in favor to FMC CATERING SERVICES ( must be 1 week before the event).

·         A minimum transportation fee of P  1,000.00 will be charged for reservations beyond Mandaue City and Colon St., Cebu City.

·         FMC Catering Services will only be serving on ground level within 30 meters from the drop off point.  A service charge of P 1,500 will be charged to the  customer for function held on second or higher floors.

·         Services beyond the schedule of 4 hours will be charged P100.00 per waiter  for every succeeding hour. 

·         Corkage fee of  500.00 for added waiter to be assigned at the lechon service area.

·         1 Buffet table is provided for every 100 pax reservation. An additional charge for Buffet table is 1,000.00/Buffet table.

·         One complimentary Presidential table is to be provided for a minimum reservation of 150 pax. Additional Presidential Table is charged for 1,000.00/table good for 10 pax

·         Additional of 1,000.00/ buffet table for a request of a managed/controlled Buffet (2 WAITERS ASSIGNED PER BUFFET TABLE)

·         WE DON’T PROVIDE TABLES FOR DESSERT BUFFET.
