Cooking (heating) instruction:

  1. Thaw out/defrost the ngohiong to room temperature.
  2. Heat 3-4 cups of oil in a shallow saucepan or frying pan.
  3. Deep fry at medium to low heat for 2-3 minutes or until ngohiong turns to a golden brown.
